Aufgrund der aktuellen Empfehlungen zur Eindämmung des Corona-Virus schließt die Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz ab Samstag, 14. März bis auf weiteres alle ihre Einrichtungen für den Publikumsverkehr.
Dies betrifft auch das Ibero-Amerikanische Institut: Bibliothek, Sondersammlungen und der Bereich Veranstaltungen bleiben geschlossen.

Für die Bibliothek und die Sondersammlungen bedeutet dies:

– Der Lesesaal und die Service-Theke sind geschlossen. Es können keinen Medien entliehen werden.

– Sie können ab Montag, 16.3. zwischen 8 und 19 Uhr Medien an der Pforte des Ibero-Amerikanische Instituts zurückgeben.

– Während der Zeit der Schließung entstehen keine Mahngebühren.

– Falls Sie persönliche Gegenstände in Bücherwagen haben und diese benötigen, melden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail oder telefonisch.

Cierre del Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut

Debido a las actuales recomendaciones para la contención del coronavirus, la Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Fundación Patrimonio Cultural Prusiano) cerrará todas sus instalaciones al público desde el sábado 14 de marzo hasta nuevo aviso. Esto también se aplica al Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut: la Biblioteca, las Colecciones Especiales y el área de Eventos permanecerán cerradas.

Para la Biblioteca y las Colecciones Especiales esto significa:

– La Sala de Lectura y la Mesa de Circulación y Préstamo están cerrados. No se puede prestar libros u otros medios.

– Puede devolver libros y otros medios en la puerta del Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut a partir del lunes 16 de marzo entre las 8 y las 19 hrs.

– No se cobrará cargos por retraso durante el período de cierre.

– Si tiene objetos personales en los carritos de libros y los necesita, por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros por correo electrónico o por teléfono.

Closure of the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut

Due to the current recommendations for the containment of the corona virus, the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation) is closing all its facilities to the public from Saturday, 14 March until further notice. This also applies to the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut: the Library, Special Collections and the Events section will remain closed.

For the library and the Special Collections this means:

– The Reading Room and the Service & reference Desk are closed. No books or other media can be borrowed.

– You can return books and other media at the front entrance of the Ibero-American Institute from Monday, March 16 between 8 and 19 hrs.

– No reminder fees will be charged during the period of closure.

– If you have personal belongings in book trolleys and need them, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Fechamento do Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut

Devido às recomendações mais recentes para limitar a propagação do Coronavírus, a Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Fundação do Patrimônio Cultural Prussiano) fechará as portas de todas as instituições para o público a partir de sábado, dia 14 de março. Isso inclui o Instituto Ibero-Americano, a sua Biblioteca, suas Coleções Especiais e seus Eventos.

Para a Biblioteca e as Coleções Especiais, isso significa:

– A sala de leitura e o balcão de empréstimos e informações permanecerão fechados. O empréstimo de mídia não será mais possível.

– A partir de segunda-feira, dia 16 de março, poder-se-á devolver mídia no hall de entrada do Instituto Ibero-Americano de 8 a 19 horas.

– Durante o período de fechamento não surgirão multas devido a atraso.

– Caso necessitem objetos pessoais que se encontram guardados nos carros de livros, favor contactar-nos por E-Mail ou telefone.
